For this you need almonds- 10, peeled pistachios- 10, cashews- 10, cardamom powder- ½ tsp, nutmeg powder- ¼ – ½ tsp, saffron fibers- 2-3, milk: 1 cup, sugar- as per taste. Take the nuts and blend them in a mixer until you get a thick, powdery mixture. Add cardamom powder and nutmeg powder to the nuts and mix well.

After this, keep the nuts mix in an air tight container. Now pour milk in a pan and heat it a little but do not let it boil. Then add sugar to it and mix it well. Now you have to put nuts inside it. This will thicken the milk. Then you take down the pan from the flame and pour the milk in a mug and add saffron and feed it to the child.
