Prakash Jha is going to make ‘Raajneeti 2’ and ‘Gangajal 3’, said on Ajay and Ranbir – no contact with them now

Well-known Bollywood director Prakash Jha has confirmed about making the next part of ‘Gangajal’ and ‘Raajneeti’. However, he/she said that he/she is not able to decide anything yet regarding the casting of the films. he/she has also said that he/she does not know yet whether he/she will be able to bring back Ajay Devgan and Ranbir Kapoor in both these projects or not. While talking about the third part of ‘Gangajal’ and ‘Raajneeti 2’, Jha said that their stories will be different. he/she also said, ‘I can’t say anything about bringing back the original cast of the film. There are some (good) actors who are managed by talent agencies. Actors can’t take it themselves. A decade ago, we could have met these actors, told the story and convinced them to make decisions. You can’t do that today. Actors don’t read scripts, their assistants and managers do. To reach the stars you have to go through three levels of management.

The director talked openly about ‘Gangajal 3’, which is currently titled ‘Dharamkshetra’. he/she said, ‘A script is ready for Gangajal. Presently it has been named Dharmakshetra. It is based on several stories about the police force, society and the dilemma that occurs between them. This is not an extension of Ganga water. Instead, it is about a head constable.

Ranbir’s character Samar Pratap continues in ‘Raajneeti 3’
