That’s why it is considered right to consume potatoes within a few hours of cooking.

Because reheating the egg turns the nitrogen present in it into carcinogenic. Sometimes it also causes cancer. That’s why it should be consumed immediately after cooking the egg.

For this reason, it is not advised to reheat rice etc. twice.
