Narendra Modi has become the most followed leader on social media platform X (formerly Twitter). he/she has more than 100 million followers. he/she has also left behind Indian cricketer Virat Kohli (64.1 million) and American singer Taylor Swift (95.3 million). Not only this, PM Modi’s X followers have also become more than US President Joe Biden.What did the PM say on this achievement?
After touching this new dimension, PM Modi posted on X, “100 million on X! I am happy to be on this vibrant medium. Cherish the discussions, debates, ideas, blessings of the people, constructive criticism etc. Looking forward to equally interesting times in the future.” PM Modi’s follower count on X has surpassed global leaders including US President Joe Biden (38.1 million followers), Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammed (11.2 million followers) and Pope Francis (18.5 million followers).

When compared with the social media followers of various Indian political leaders, PM Modi stands out significantly. Samajwadi Party’s Akhilesh Yadav has 19.9 million followers and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has 7.4 million followers.
