This year also the Indian Prime Minister is explaining the benefits of various yoga postures and how to do them. For this, he/she has also chosen an interesting method.

Actually, a video about a yogasana is being shared every day on PM Narendra Modi’s X (earlier Twitter) account. In which his/her own AI version is telling the correct way of doing yogasana. In this article, he/she has told about Trikonasana which strengthens the chest muscles.

  • To do this, stand straight.
  • Stand with your feet at a comfortable distance from each other.
  • Slowly raise your hands so that they are in line with both your shoulders.
  • Make sure the arms are straight and level. They should not move up and down or back and forth.
  • Keeping your left foot straight, rotate your right foot 90 degrees.
  • Now take a long deep breath and then while exhaling slowly, bend the body towards the right from the waist.
  • Try to touch your right heel with your right hand and raise your left hand up towards the sky.
  • It is possible that some people may not be able to touch their heels with their hands, in such a case, take it only till where there is no strain.
  • Remain comfortable in this position for some time and keep breathing normally.
  • Feel relaxed throughout the body and come back up slowly while breathing.
  • Now straighten your right leg.
  • Now rotate the left toe and then repeat the same process.
