How to do Ardha Chakrasana

  1. To do this asana, first of all stand straight.
  2. Support your waist with both your hands.
  3. Keep in mind that all your fingers should be joined so that you can get a proper grip on the waist.
  4. Now take a deep breath and slowly bend your head backwards.
  5. Bend your head enough so that you feel a stretch in your neck muscles.
  6. Breathe in and out normally.
  7. Rest in this position for 10 to 30 seconds.
  8. After staying in this position for 10 to 30 seconds, take a deep breath and slowly come back to straight.
