People allege – Aamir’s son’s film is portraying saints and sages in a wrong way
While boycotting this film and Netflix, some people have said that our saints have been shown in a wrong way in it. Along with this, Bajrang Dal has also threatened to stop this film. Amidst all this, some people have raised their voice to ban the film and boycott Netflix. Such people believe that a negative image of religious saints has been presented in this film.
People are venting their anger on OTT as well as on the film

One user has said- If this film tries to hurt the religious sentiments of Hindus by showing sadhus and saints as bad and evil, then Junaid Khan, Yash Raj Films and Netflix are responsible for spoiling the law and order. One said- This film is pushing the society on the wrong path by playing with Hindu faith, adultery, glorifying terrorists and degrading moral values.
People are angry at Aamir Khan again
Along with this, people have also targeted Aamir Khan fiercely. People have said- A father (Aamir Khan) makes fun of Lord Shiva by making a film like PK and his/her son defames Hindu religion, cultural tradition in the film Maharaj, this film should be boycotted. One said- Aamir Khan launched his/her son with a Hindi film and is creating a wrong image of saints and Vallabh sect by showing the story of British rule.
Bajrang Dal had placed this demand on the filmmakers
Let us also tell you here that recently a spokesperson of Bajrang Dal had demanded from the filmmakers that the film should be shown to the members of the group before releasing it on OTT. The spokesperson had then also threatened that if the producers did not agree to their demand, they would stop the release of the film. They had also threatened to take legal recourse to stop the release of the film.
