Celebrity Pediatrician Dr. Nihar Parekh By sharing a video on his/her Instagram, he/she has expressed concern about the pollution spreading in metropolitan cities like Mumbai. he/she says that the air quality in Mumbai is very bad but in other big cities of the country like Delhi, the condition is even worse. The doctor also told how air pollution can harm children.
