In the Champions Trophy, the Indian team reached Dubai with three best all -rounders in which the team management had the most confidence in their long stature lept orpinner whose role was changed before this tournament. Known for his/her affordable bowling, Akshar Patel will always be remembered in batting in the Champions Trophy.

When Akshar was promoted in the batting in the series against England, all the cricket pundits raised many questions, but neither Patel’s trust was shaken nor the selectors. Akshar Patel proved to be the most valuable player of the Natija Champions Trophy. Even in the final match, Akshair played amazing innings at number 5 and decided that another trophy would fall into India’s bag.
