Pant, Yashasvi and Sarfraz failed, while a 19-year old batsman scored a century

New Delhi. Sarfaraz Khan’s younger brother Musheer Khan has become the first batsman to score a century in the Duleep Trophy 2024. Playing for India B at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, he/she scored a brilliant century against India A. Musheer completed his/her century in 205 balls. Musheer Khan, who played a Duleep Trophy match for the first time, scored a century on the wicket where big players failed. Rishabh Pant, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Musheer’s elder brother Sarfaraz Khan could not perform well on this wicket. While Pant was out after scoring seven runs in the first innings, opener Yashasvi contributed 30 runs. Sarfaraz Khan returned to the pavilion on 9 runs. The way Sarfaraz celebrated after Musheer completed his/her century was worth watching.

Mushir Khan scored a century when India B team had lost seven wickets for 94 runs. This is Mushir’s first match in Duleep Trophy. Mushir hit 10 fours and two sixes in his/her century innings. he/she played this innings in difficult times. After Mushir completed his/her century, his/her elder brother Sarfaraz stood up in the dressing room and celebrated by raising both hands. Sarfaraz’s aggressive celebration was worth watching. However, Mushir also expressed his/her happiness by jumping in the air after scoring a century.
