New Delhi: As such, most of the people like paneer curry. But, Matar Paneer and Shahi Paneer are often made at home. Whose taste is not even like the restaurant outside. In such a situation, many times you are bored of paneer vegetable and like to eat spicy paneer vegetable filled with standing spices, then definitely try Marathi style paneer vegetable once.
You will be in awe of the completely different and wonderful taste of Matar Paneer, Palak Paneer, Malai Paneer. You can eat this Marathi style paneer curry with roti, naan or paratha with relish. Let’s know its simple recipe-
Material
Paneer – 250 grams
Tomato – 1
Onion – 1
Dry red chili – 3-4
Curd- 2 tbsp
Whole coriander – 1 tsp
Kalonji – 1 tsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Butter – 1/2 cup
Cumin – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tbsp
Kasuri fenugreek – 1 tsp
Green coriander – 2 tbsp
salt to taste

To make paneer curry in Marathi style, first cut onion and tomato.
Now soak the dried red chillies in water for some time and remove the seeds from the soaked chillies.
Lightly roast cumin, fennel and coriander in a pan. Now grind these whole spices in a mixer and make powder.
Add lemon juice to the soaked red chillies and make a paste. Now marinate the paneer with ground spices and red chili paste and keep it for 15 minutes.
Pour oil in a pan and add onion and fry it. After this add tomatoes and fry. Now grind onion and tomato in a mixer and make a paste.
Put a little butter in a pan and fry the marinated paneer a little. Pour oil in another pan and add ginger-garlic paste and fry it. Add onion and tomato puree to it and fry it.
Now add red chilli powder, salt and garam masala. Add little water and cook for 10 minutes.
When the gravy becomes thick, add paneer. Marathi style paneer is ready, you can try it with roti, naan or paratha by adding kasoori methi and coriander.
