Pakistan was forced to change the venue of the test match against England


Karachi. After the humiliating defeat in the Test series at home against Bangladesh, the team now has to face England. The venue of the series to be played under the Test Championship has been changed. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced on Friday that Multan and Rawalpindi will host the three-Test series between Pakistan and England.

The Pakistan Cricket Board has changed the venues for the upcoming Test series against England. The match which was to be played in Karachi will now be hosted by Multan. After losing the Test series at home against Bangladesh, the PCB had announced that there will be no change in the schedule and venue of the series against England. Pakistan is to host the Champions Trophy next year. Before this, the stadium is being prepared according to this mega tournament.

Multan will host the first two Tests of the series which will be played from October 7 to 11 and October 15 to 19. The final match will be played in Rawalpindi from October 24 to 28. PCB’s International Cricket Department confirmed that Karachi will not be able to host the Test due to construction work at the stadium. The England team will arrive in Multan on October 2 for this series.
