The Pakistan police have filed an FIR in allegations of abolition of violence and other alleged offenses, along with 150 others, along with 150 others, along with 150 others, along with 150 others, along with the Chief Organizer of the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC), for abolition of violence and other alleged crimes, as reported by Don.
Dawn said that the case is related to an incident at Civil Hospital Quetta, where BHC members allegedly entered the morgue and snatched the bodies of five people killed during the Zafar train accident.
The FIR, which was registered at Sariyab Police Station on 22 March, includes allegations under various sections of the Anti -Terrorism Act (ATA) and the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC).
According to dawn, allegations cover crimes such as terrorism, murder and attempt to murder, abetment for violence and rebellion, creating disorders and racial hatred and property damage.
In particular, the FIR also includes several other major BYC leaders, including Beebow Baloch, Gulzadi Satakzai, Sabiha Baloch, Sabatullah Baloch, Gulzar Dost, Riaz Gashkori and Shali Baloch.
As Dawn said, Pakistani officials arrested Meharang Baloch and 17 others on Saturday morning, and put them in Quetta District Jail under Section 3 of the Maintenance of the Public Order (MPO) Ordinance.
According to the FIR cited by Dawn, the BHC leadership allegedly encouraged the rioters to set fire to police officers, passers -by and their own protesters, resulting in three persons killed and 15 police officers suffered injuries.
Another FIR registered at Civil Lines Police Station accused 100 to 150 byc supporters of storm in civil hospital, broke into the morgue and forcibly took the bodies. The FIR said that the accused also stopped a private ambulance at Hockey Chowk, attacked the driver and loaded the bodies in a vehicle, as Don had noted.
Byc leaders Gulzadi Baloch, Ali Jaan, Shoaib, Syed Noor Shah, Wahid, Zahanzeb, Zohab Baloch and more than 100 others were registered against more than 100 others for blocking the western bypass road in Quetta on Saturday at the police station of liquor and publicly.
Citing police officers, Don said that the arrest of Meharang Baloch has not been officially disclosed. he/she is not in custody of Civil Lines Police and remains in Quetta District Jail under MPO provisions.
Meanwhile, internet services in Quetta and surrounding areas were suspended for the fourth consecutive day on Sunday.
Although PTCL officials claimed late on Sunday evening that the services were restored, users continued to face disruption, Dawn said.
