PAK vs ENG: Shock to England before the test series against Pakistan, due to this Ben Stokes will not play


New Delhi. England captain Ben Stokes has not yet recovered from the hamstring injury due to which he/she will not be able to play in the first Test against Pakistan. The first match of the three-Test series will start from Monday (7 October) in Multan in which Ollie Pope will lead the team. Stokes had suffered this injury some time ago and was expected to play in this match after his/her rehabilitation.

Stokes said on Saturday, “I tried my best to make myself fit for the first match but I have decided not to play in it.” I could not prepare for the match. I have 10 days to get myself fit for the second test. Will I be able to bowl or not? It is not possible to say this right now.” Let us tell you that Ben Stokes suffered this injury during a practice match in August.
