Opinion: In 20 days, BJP changed time, situation, emotions… is this Modi magic or Bhagwat’s pressure?

New Delhi: After 10 years of ‘anti-incumbency wave’ in Haryana, BJP’s departure is certain, the downfall of BJP has started after the Lok Sabha elections, with the defeat of Haryana there will be a change in the organization of BJP… Even before the announcement of Haryana election dates, these speculations had created pressure on BJP and PM Modi. On the other hand, RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat was also continuously attacking PM Modi without taking his/her name. There was discussion in political circles that Bhagwat can reduce the power of PM Narendra Modi after the defeat in Haryana elections. It was being said that Bhagwat will hand over the post of BJP President and Organization General Secretary to his/her favorite faces. After the results of the exit poll, it seemed that BJP’s departure from Haryana is now certain and after this defeat, the Sangh is facing the decline of PM Modi. Can take a big decision on popularity. On the other hand, after the exit poll results, the enthusiasm of Congress had become very high. At the same time, debate had started in news channels regarding the Chief Minister face of Congress in Haryana. But when the results of Haryana elections came out on Tuesday, even BJP itself was shocked. The public supported BJP whole-heartedly. With 48 seats, BJP scored a hat-trick of victories in Haryana. At the same time, Congress was reduced to 37 seats. After this victory of BJP, the discussion about Modi magic started again. The question coming in everyone’s mind is how did Modi give such a huge victory to BJP in 20 days of elections.

Modi held his/her first rally in Kurukshetra on 14 September.

This time the fight for power in the Haryana Assembly elections was very interesting. BJP, which was in power for the last 10 years, was facing anti-incumbency this time. To break this wave, Prime Minister Narendra Modi started his/her election campaign from September 14 by holding a rally in Kurukshetra. At that time BJP had only 20 days left for campaigning. It was a big challenge to woo the voters in such a short time. PM Modi knew that victory in Haryana was very important. In fact, before this, BJP had suffered a big setback in the Lok Sabha elections. PM Modi also looked a little exhausted after the Lok Sabha results.

PM Modi kept focus on Congress

Despite all the pressure, PM Modi started working on making a precise strategy to conquer Haryana in a short time. BJP President JP Nadda and Home Minister Amit Shah were also included in this strategy. PM Modi prepared the campaign plan with a well-thought-out strategy. PM Modi kept his/her focus on Congress only and vented his/her anger against Congress and Rahul Gandhi in his/her election speeches. At that time it seemed that the public was bored with PM Modi’s speeches. PM Modi will not be able to win in Haryana. But as soon as the results came out the protests collapsed. Even after victory, PM Modi has slammed Congress fiercely.
