Why do rashes occur in the body

To keep skin cool, wear loose cotton clothing, use light bedding, shower with cool water, and drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration, according to the National Health Service. Also, apply something cold, such as a damp cloth or ice pack, for 20 minutes to soothe the itching or stinging. Pat or rub the rash instead of scratching it, and don’t use scented shower gels or creams.
