When Birla got angry at the minister

When Lok Sabha Speaker Birla was presenting his/her point, he/she got angry at the minister. he/she said loudly, “Minister ji, why are you interrupting me? Tell me what you want to ask. Will you allow me to put my hands in my pockets?”
