UPPSC Recruitment 2024: The recruitment for 12782 posts in Uttar Pradesh has been put on hold. Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has returned the proposal of government departments. In such a situation, the youth waiting for this recruitment will have to wait a little longer. The Public Service Commission has returned the recruitment proposal and directed the departments to remove its shortcomings. So that work can be started on it as soon as possible.

UP Govt Jobs 2024: Why did the commission send back the proposals

Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has sent back 594 proposals, through which recruitment was to be done in various government departments. Now there will be more delay in starting the recruitment process for these posts. However, the Personnel Department has instructed the department heads to send the proposals to the Commission in the prescribed format only. In which the posts, category, qualification, and all other details should be clearly present. It should also be clearly mentioned in the format under which rules the recruitment will be done.

With the format being completely clear, the complete syllabus of the exam will also be sent to the commission on time. By doing this, the recruitment will be able to be conducted on time. Also, the candidates will not face any kind of problem. Let us tell you that the proposals which have been sent back by the Public Service Commission have very minor shortcomings. In some proposals for recruitment, the rules have not been mentioned, while in some, the eligibility for the candidates to be selected for the posts is not clear.

At the same time, the compliance personnel department had launched the e-requisition portal to simplify the recruitment process. It had also instructed that proposals for various recruitments should be sent to the departments through this portal only. But the departments did not take it seriously, due to which the recruitment process is also stalled.
