What is scheme?

Along with this, the remaining plots in Sector-31, 33, 34, 35, 43, 44, 47, 51, 52, 105, 108, 93B are also being talked about to be included in this scheme. The price has been set separately for each sector.
How much will it cost to book?
If you want to register yourself in this plot, then you have to deposit 10% of the total registration amount. Apart from this, you will also have to provide some important documents. For that you have to pay Rs 2500. The customer will have to pay a separate processing fee of Rs 2300 as well as GST of Rs 450.

What did the administration say when the rate was increased?
The Gautam Budh Nagar district administration had approved the new proposed list of circle rates of lands in August 2021.
