Talking about India’s top grossing films, till now no Hindi film has earned as much on its 30th day as ‘Stree 2’ has done. Made in a budget of about 50 crores, this film is doing great in theaters every day. This film has a great tadka of comedy along with horror and people are not in a mood to wait for OTT to enjoy it. This film has also proved the fact that people do not reach theaters to watch movies because all the films come on OTT sooner or later.

If we look at the blockbuster films so far, Prabhas’ ‘Bahubali 2’ earned 2.25 crores in Hindi on the 30th day, Shahrukh’s ‘Jawaan’ earned 1.1 crores (Hindi) and ‘KGF: Chapter 2’ earned 1.36 crores. ‘Stree 2’ has given tough competition to all these films.

There was tremendous earning on the fifth Friday

According to the report of Sacnilk, ‘Stree 2’ has shown how much power this film has by earning on the 30th day. It has earned Rs 3.35 crore on the fifth Friday and till now the collection of the film has reached around Rs 542.70 crore.

The film would have beaten ‘Pathan’ if it had earned 1 crore more

However, if this film had earned about 1 crore more, it would have been successful in pushing Shahrukh’s ‘Pathan’ down from the 8th position in the list of net collections in India. Well, after Saturday, this film is going to become the 8th biggest film of the country, which broke all the records of earnings.

The film has earned a spectacular amount worldwide

Talking about the worldwide collection, it has reached close to 770 crores. At the same time, the film has earned close to 123 crores in foreign countries. However, the worldwide earnings of this film are much lower than ‘Pathan’ and it seems very difficult for ‘Stree 2’ to reach there.
