Not only Maharashtra and Jharkhand… understand how these schemes are becoming a counter to anti-incumbency.

New Delhi: The results of these two states Maharashtra and Jharkhand came on Saturday. While Mahayuti is happening in Maharashtra, Hemant Soren is making a great comeback in Jharkhand. While Mahayuti will once again have the reins of power in Maharashtra, Hemant Soren will once again take charge of Jharkhand. Forget about anti-incumbency, in both the states the number of seats has also increased significantly compared to last time. There could be many reasons behind the victory in both the states, but schemes related to women are being discussed in these states, which are considered to have a very important role in the victory. Not only in these two states, but if we look at the last few elections, it seems that women are liking such a scheme. ,Ladli Bahin Yojana proved to be a game changer in Maharashtra
Mahayuti seems to be getting bumper benefits of Ladli Bahin Yojana in Maharashtra elections. This scheme was also widely publicized during the elections. This time a lot of participation of women was seen in Maharashtra elections. Mahayuti had promised to increase the amount given under ‘Ladli Bahin Yojana’ from Rs 1500 to Rs 2100 upon returning to power.

Laadli Bahin Scheme in Maharashtra was launched after the Lok Sabha election results. Under this scheme, monthly cash transfer of Rs 1500 is made in the accounts of women. Its three installments have also been released. During the elections, the Mahayuti government had promised that after coming to power it would be increased to Rs 2100.

Hemant got blessings of Mainiya Yojana
Women voters also played an important role in the comeback of Hemant Soren in Jharkhand. After this victory, Mainiya Samman Nidhi Yojana is being discussed a lot. Keeping women in mind, Hemant government had announced Mainiyan Samman Nidhi before the elections. Under this scheme, thousands of rupees have been deposited in the accounts of women before the elections.

Some time before the announcement of elections, Hemant Soren had announced that now he/she will get Rs 2500 every month. Under this scheme, giving Rs 1000 per month to women aged between 18 to 50 years was started. There could be many reasons behind the results that have come today, but it is also understood that this step of Hemant Soren has proved to be very effective.

Not just these two states

It is not just a matter of these two states, in the past a similar scheme was effective in many other states. During Punjab elections, Aam Aadmi Party had promised that if voted to power, Rs 1,000 will be credited to every women’s account. During the by-election, Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann promised that it would be increased to Rs 1100. Along with this, in Madhya Pradesh, where BJP’s return was less expected, the Laadli Behan scheme did wonders.

The BJP government started it in the year 2023. Initially Rs 1000, later it was increased to Rs 1250. It was also promised that it would be increased to Rs 3000. Such a plan worked for Congress during Karnataka elections also. Griha Laxmi Yojana was started. Under this scheme, women of the state get Rs 2 thousand. Similarly, in Haryana also, BJP had talked about giving Rs 2100 to women every month. The plan worked here too.
