Noodle Recipe: If you like spicy food then try the popular Korean noodles, you will lick your fingers.

All of you must be eating noodles often. But if you too are bored with these noodles, then this article is for you. Today through this article we are going to share one such recipe with you. This is a recipe for the popular Korean noodles, also known as ram-don. These noodles are very spicy. These are very much liked in Korea. Let us tell you that this dish is prepared from two different types of noodles.

This dish is prepared by making japageti and neoguri. Zapageti is prepared by cutting black bean noodles. It is served dry only. Neoguri noodles are served with spicy soup. A hybrid recipe is prepared by mixing these two noodles. This Korean spicy ramen is ready in just 7 minutes. Besides, the method of making it is also quite easy.

Ingredients for making Japaguri

Sesame oil- 3 tbsp

Chicken- 1/2 cup medium cut

Korean Roasted Black Bean Paste- 1/3

Gochujang Sauce – 1 tbsp

Onion- 1 finely chopped

Green onion- 1/3 cup

Carrot Slide – 1/2 cup

Corn starch- 2 tbsp

Water- 2 cups

Korean noodles- 500 grams, thick ones

Sugar- 2 tbsp

Korean Hot Pepper Flakes

salt as per taste

How to make Japaguri

First of all, add corn starch and water in a bowl and mix well.

Heat a pan, add oil and grill the chicken. When the chicken is cooked, take it out separately.

Now add some oil in the same pan and add black beans noodles and gochujang sauce and mix. Take it out separately.

Now clean the pan and heat it again, add some oil, onion, green onion and carrot and mix. When the vegetables become translucent, add the noodles and mix.

Now add corn starch, salt and sugar, mix and let it thicken.

Turn off the gas. On the other hand, boil the Korean noodles, remove them from the water and mix them in it.

Add chicken on top, hot pepper flakes for garnish, mix and enjoy.

Ingredients to make Vegetable Japaguri

Water- 3 cups

Green onion – 2 tbsp sliced

Carrot – 2 tbsp sliced

Corn- 2 tbsp

Japangetti Noodles- 1 packet

Neoguri Noodles- 1 packet

Sesame oil- 1 teaspoon

How to make Vegetable Japaguri

First of all, boil Japanguri noodles and Neoguri noodles in two separate pans. During this time the noodles do not have to be cooked completely. Take them out of the water and wash them with cold water.

Then put it in oil in a pan and heat it. After this, add green onion, carrot and corn in oil and fry for 3-5 minutes.

After this, cook it a little and turn off the gas.

Now heat half a cup of water and put both the noodles in it.

Add seasoning and sautéed vegetables to both the noodles and fry well.

Noodle dish will be ready in this easy way.
