Actor R Madhavan, who played the powerful character of Vanraj in the film ‘Shaitan’, is in the news these days. he/she recently revealed that he/she lost weight in 21 days without any surgery, medicine or workout. For this, he/she started eating food properly, drank more water and made a routine of having dinner before 7 pm. R Madhavan recently told on X that intermittent fasting has helped him/her lose weight and maintain fitness. he/she shared, ‘Intermittent fasting, chewing food 45-60 times (drink food and chew water), last meal (food) at quarter to six in the evening (only cooked food, no raw food after three in the afternoon), long walk in the morning and deep sleep at night (no screen time 90 minutes before bedtime) … lots of liquids …’

R Madhavan lost weight in 21 days

Earlier, ‘Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein’ actor R Madhavan told in an interview to Curly Tales how he/she reduced his/her belly fat without workout, running, medication and surgery. he/she eats only as much food as the body needs. By doing this, he/she lost weight in just 21 days.

R Madhavan’s fans are happy

The 54-year-old actor shared a clip of the interview and wrote, ‘Lots of green vegetables and easily digestible healthy food. Nothing processed.’ Fans are very happy with this health tip of the actor. One wrote, ‘Great progress Maddie. Intermittent fasting gradually leads to weight loss over time, as the body adapts to the new way of consuming food.’
