New Zealand gets new captain, will take charge of Williamson

The New Zealand Cricket Board has finally announced the new captain for the white ball format. he/she has officially declared all-rounder Mitchell Santner as the captain of the team in place of Kane Williamson. Kane Williamson had resigned from the captaincy after poor performance in the T20 World Cup. he/she had also excluded himself from the central contract of New Zealand. Kane Williamson had already left the captaincy of the Test team, after which Tim Southee and Tom Latham took over the captaincy of the team.
