NEET PG 2024: Update on new date of NEET PG exam, NBE gave information

NEET PG Exam News in Hindi: The latest update has come on NEET PG 2024. The National Board of Examination has given important information for NEET PG 2024 candidates. NBE Chairman Dr. Abhijat Sheth said that efforts are on to conduct the examination as soon as possible. It is expected that the NEET PG Exam 2024 New Date will be announced this week.

Expressing regret for the sudden postponement of NEET PG Exam 2024, he/she said, ‘I want to assure the students that this is only a precautionary step. It has been taken to make the exam process more robust, secure and transparent. We are working to ensure that this exam is held as soon as possible.’

Postponing NEET PG is a good step: IMA

On one hand, doctors are very angry with the cancellation and postponement of NEET PG Exam 2024 a day before. Many have criticized the government. At the same time, the Indian Medical Association (IMA), which has more than 3.5 lakh doctor members, issued a statement saying that the difficulties faced by NEET PG candidates are an inevitable consequence of the government’s welcome reforms. They expect a strong system as promised by the government.

Dr Harsh Mahajan, former president of the Healthcare Federation of India and the Indian Radiological and Imaging Association, also said that postponing the NEET PG exam is a step in the right direction in view of the alleged paper leak in the NEET-UG case. he/she said, ‘There is a need to change the entire system and the government has started taking action towards reform by forming a new committee.’

The NEET PG exam, conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) for admission to postgraduate medical programmes in government and private medical colleges across the country, has been postponed. The exam was scheduled to be held on Saturday but was postponed less than 12 hours before it was to be held amid rumours of a paper leak.
