NEET Exam 2025: Will the new pattern in NEET be implemented from this time itself? NTA received recommendation, waiting for notification

Now less than six months are left for the country’s biggest entrance test NEET UG (Medical). But the students preparing have not yet received information about the exam pattern. If we look at the pattern of the last few years, this medical entrance test is held on the first Sunday of May. The high level committee formed on examination reforms has also asked to implement hybrid mode system on an experimental basis in the examinations of National Testing Agency (NTA). So the question is whether Well Will the UG exam also be held in hybrid mode? Till now NEET exam has been conducted in pen and paper mode. The examination is completed in a single day. 23 to 24 lakh students participate in it. However, despite less time for the next exam, NTA has not yet given any guidelines to the students.

NEET: Different strategies for online and offline

Career counselor Alok Bansal says that there were many problems regarding NEET 2024. There is also confusion regarding the NEET exam of 2025. Students want to know whether the paper will be in pen and paper mode as before or it will be hybrid mode as per the recommendation of the high level committee? Will the paper be brought in Computer Based Test i.e. CBT mode? These are all questions which should be answered soon. The strategy of computer based and offline exams is different. In such a situation, clarity should come soon as to which pattern of the exam the student has to follow.

‘Paper should be sent on the day of examination’

Sources say that both NEET and CUET are big examinations. In such a situation, discussion is also going on regarding hybrid mode. In hybrid mode, one formula that can be adopted is that the question paper is sent online on the exam day itself and the students give the answers on the OMR sheet. Engineering JEE Main is a computer based test. Answers also have to be given on computer. However, nothing has been decided yet about what the pattern will be this time. But major decisions have to be taken on question paper security. The complete picture will be clear only after the notification of NTA.

Let us tell you that in NEET 2024, there were many allegations including paper leak and irregularities in the question paper. NTA conducts all major exams including medical entrance exam NEET, JEE Main, University Entrance Test CUET and UGC NET. This time new changes are being expected in the process of these exams.
