Navya Naveli Nanda: Not satisfied with studying in top colleges of the world! Why did Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter finally have to go to IIM?

Navya celebrated the beginning of her new journey on Instagram. She shared several pictures of the IIM Ahmedabad campus. In her post, Navya wrote, ‘Dreams do come true! Very excited for the next 2 years with the best people and faculty! Blended Post Graduate Programme (BPGP) Class of 2026.’ In these pictures, Navya is seen posing with the beauty of the campus in a black suit. She has also shared some pictures of cutting a cake with her friends. Navya also thanked her teacher Prasad who supported her in preparing for the entrance exam.

Navya’s interest in business

The granddaughter of Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan, and daughter of Shweta Bachchan and Nikhil Nanda, Navya has been an entrepreneur since the age of 21. Unlike her brother Agastya Nanda, she chose a different path from films.

When asked about becoming an actor, Navya once said, ‘I come from a business family. So I was very clear that I do not want to go into acting. At the end of college, I realized that this is what I want to do.’

Where did Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter Navya study?

Navya Naveli Nanda, who hails from Mumbai, Maharashtra, completed her schooling from Sevenoaks School, London. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Technology and UX Design from Fordham University, New York City, USA. Currently, she has joined IIM Ahmedabad to pursue BPGP (Blended Post Graduate Program) in MBA (Master of Business Administration).

Navya Naveli Nanda’s career so far

26-year-old Navya Naveli Nanda is an entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Aara Health. She has co-founded the Nimaaya Foundation. She also started a non-profit organization (NGO) called Project Naveli at the age of 21. Apart from this, she has a video podcast show called ‘What the Hell Navya’ where she has hosted her mother Shweta Bachchan and grandmother Jaya Bachchan.
