Nampally court gives big relief to Allu Arjun in Sandhya theater stampede case

A major update has come to light in the case of woman’s death in the stampede at Sandhya Theater during the screening of ‘Pushpa 2’. Nampally Court has given relief to Allu Arjun from attending the police station every Sunday. During the bail granted to the actor in connection with the case, a condition was imposed to appear every week. Allu Arjun had to appear at Chikkadpally police station under the conditions of bail. his/her lawyer had requested the court before his/her attendance at the police station on January 10, after which the Nampally court exempted him/her from it.

Case was registered against Allu Arjun

A case was registered against the actor after the accident that took place during the premiere of the film. he/she was also arrested by the police. But he/she came out on bail. Actually, a woman named Revathi had died in the stampede that took place at Sandhya Theatre. At the same time, his/her son was seriously injured, who is still fighting for life and death in the hospital.

Allu Arjun will be able to go abroad

After legal proceedings, Nampally Court granted bail to Allu Arjun on January 3. However, for this he/she had also deposited Rs 1 lakh. However, one of the conditions of his/her bail was that he/she would have to appear at the Chikkadpally police station every Sunday. The actor challenged this in the court, after which he/she got relief. And permission to travel abroad was also granted.
