In the interview session of the Aditya Birla 25th Silver Jubilee Scholarship Program held on Sunday in Mumbai, when Foreign Minister S Jaishankar was asked, what kind of boss is PM Modi? he/she answered this clearly. he/she said that PM Modi takes account of the work every day, there is an appraisal session every day. he/she is a demanding boss. Jaishankar said that PM Modi is always ready for work, hence you also have to go with full preparation. You must know what you are talking about. ‘They give you operational freedom’

Jaishankar said that PM Modi gives complete freedom to work. During the Ukraine crisis, PM Modi had said that people have to be evacuated no matter how. he/she said, ‘he/she is an interactive boss. I enjoy working with him/her because he/she makes the decisions and then gives you leeway. During the Ukraine crisis, they decided we had to get people out. Do whatever you have to do, use the air force, use civil aviation, talk to people, tell me what to do. If I have to call, I will. If you have to send ministers there then send them. They give you that operational freedom. It’s not that they’re not tracking you, but they’re not micromanaging you. I have really enjoyed the experience of this work.
