A case of murder has come to light in Badaun on Saturday morning. Pradeep Kashyap (35), district president of Vishwa Hindu Seva Dal, was shot dead in Moosazhag police station area. He was a resident of village Gidhol in the police station area.

Pradeep was returning home in his car at around 7:30 am on Saturday morning. Meanwhile, after stopping the car on the way near the village, he was shot dead. On this information, the police, family and all the people of the village reached.

The family members have accused the people of the village of murder. He says that there was a dispute with Pradeep regarding the quota. The accused had threatened to shoot him in 24 hours. In this regard, he complained to the police station as well as to the officials, but no action was taken and he was shot dead in the morning. Police has sent Pradeep Kashyap’s body for postmortem.
