Mohali court sent summons to Gippy Grewal in a 6 year old case, firing has happened at his/her home

Clouds of trouble have started looming over Punjabi singer and actor Gippy Grewal as well. The Mohali court of Punjab has sent him/her a summon to appear. The singer had filed an FIR in 2018. In this, he/she had told that gangster Dilpreet had sent him/her a threatening message. Now after the matter reached the court, Gippy Grewal is not giving testimony. Due to which he/she was asked to appear on 24 July by sending a bailable summons of Rs 5,000. Now he/she has again been given the date of 20 August. Because he/she did not reach the court on the first date. According to media reports, Gippy Grewal had told that on 31 May 2018, he/she received a voice note and text message on WhatsApp from an unknown number. In this, he/she was also given a mobile number to talk to gangster Dilpreet Baba. It was written in it that this has been done to demand ransom. he/she will have to talk immediately on this given number. Otherwise, his/her condition will also become like that of Parmish Verma and Chamkila. After this message, the singer-actor reached the police station.

Gippy Grewal received a threatening message

Gippy Grewal told the police everything and filed a complaint. Mohali police also registered a case. Since then, he/she is being called for testimony. But he/she is not appearing in court. It is said that when the singer received this threatening message, his/her film ‘Carry On Jatta 2’ was about to release and he/she was out of Punjab for its promotion. Currently, he/she is in Canada and that is why he/she is probably not able to appear in court. But his/her testimony is necessary because he/she had filed the complaint and the matter is about his/her safety.

Gippy Grewal’s house has also been fired upon like Salman Khan’s. The actor’s house in Vancouver’s White Rock area in Canada was fired upon on November 25, 2023.
