Mithun Chakraborty will receive Dadasaheb Phalke Award, he/she will receive this honor for his/her amazing contribution to cinema.


Mithun Chakraborty will be awarded the ‘Dada Saheb Phalke Award’ this year. Union Railway, Information & Broadcasting, Electronics and IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has shared this information on Twitter i.e. This award will be given to the actor during the 70th National Film Awards Ceremony. he/she tweeted on social media and wrote that veteran actor Mithun Da is being honored with this prestigious award for his/her remarkable cinematic journey and amazing contribution to Indian cinema. .

he/she wrote, ‘Mithun da’s brilliant cinematic journey inspires generations! I am proud to announce that the Dadasaheb Phalke Selection Jury has decided to give the award to the great actor Mithun Chakraborty for his/her brilliant contribution to Indian cinema.

Honor will be given at the 70th National Film Awards ceremony

Let us tell you that he/she will be given this honor at the 70th National Film Awards ceremony on October 8, 2024. Mithun Chakraborty has worked in more than 350 films so far in his/her career. he/she worked in many films in different languages, including Hindi, Bengali, Oriya, Bhojpuri, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Punjabi films.

On this the actor told him/her that he/she is working so hard in his/her work but he/she is not able to get the position for which he/she is working so hard. After this B. Subhash offered ‘Disco Dancer’ to Mithun and from here his/her luck changed in such a way that he/she never looked back.
