Suryakumar Yadav, who is making waves for Mumbai Indians in IPL 2024, started his international career in March 2021 at the age of 30 and within three years, has included his name among the world’s best batsmen in the shorter format. 33 year old Suryakumar is famous for playing innovative shots. Their love story is also as famous as their shots. With hard work, Surya has mastered himself in playing such strange shots and his wife Devisha Shetty has also played a role in this ‘change’.

Surya married his college friend Devisha in 2016 after dating him for six years. They met in 2010 during their graduation at RA Poddar College of Commerce and Economics. Devisha is a good dancer, Surya saw her dancing in a program and fell in love with her. Being a cricket player, Surya was popular in college. Devisha is three years younger than Suryakumar. Before marriage, she had also worked for an NGO ‘The Lighthouse Project’.
