Why this meeting was important
The All India Representative Assembly is the highest decision -making organization of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. The issues discussed in its annual meeting and the decisions taken not only give direction to the RSS for the next year, but also indicate the government what it wants to implement at the policy level.
1. Darashikoh praises in Aurangzeb controversy
The Sangh discussed in the meeting about the ongoing controversy over Mughal emperor Aurangzeb in Maharashtra. The Sangh criticized the Mughal ruler on this issue. The special thing is that along with the criticism of Aurangzeb from the Sangh, he/she also celebrated his/her brother Dara Shikoh. Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosbale of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) said that Aurangzeb was glorified, not his/her brother Dara Shikoh who was a person who believed in social harmony. Hosbale said that people going against the values of India were made ideal.
Aurangzeb was against ‘ethos of India’ and if the ‘invading mentality’ is still present then it is a threat to the country. If someone is trying to take inspiration from an invader who wanted to eliminate national ethos; Who wanted to destroy the cultural heritage of this land… So he/she is an invader. Every society in the world has recorded these things about its society. In India, if someone wants to present a perverted version or a nectar, it should be combated.

he/she said that there is no resolution of the Sangh regarding two languages or three language formulas, but there is a resolution of the Sangh regarding the mother tongue. he/she clarified that we believe that we should learn many languages in society too. One should learn one mother tongue and the other market language. If Tamil Nadu is in Tamil, Delhi, then you will need to learn Hindi. Similarly, career language such as English or other language is also important.
