Many questions still remain… Congress questions PM Modi on India-China agreement regarding LAC patrolling.

New Delhi: Congress is repeatedly raising questions on the agreement made between India and China regarding LAC patrolling. Today again Congress tried to corner the Central Government by raising questions on the agreement. A statement has been issued by Congress on this India-China agreement. In which it was said that many questions remain regarding the announcement of Modi government that an agreement has been reached with China regarding the arrangement of patrolling on the Line of Actual Control (LAC). The Foreign Secretary has said that this agreement is leading to the withdrawal of troops and ultimately resolving the deadlock that arose in these areas in 2020.

Taunt on PM Modi

We hope that this setback to India’s foreign policy in decades is being resolved in an honorable manner. We hope that the situation will be restored to the situation before the withdrawal of troops, as it was in March 2020. This sad saga is entirely the result of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s naivety and naivety regarding China. As Chief Minister of Gujarat, Modi ji was grandly hosted by China three times. As Prime Minister, he/she made five official visits to China and held 18 meetings with Chinese President Xi Jinping. This also included swinging on the banks of Sabarmati in a very friendly manner on his/her 64th birthday.

Congress accused PM of insulting the army

Congress further said that India’s stand became weakest on June 19, 2020, when the Prime Minister shamelessly gave a clean chit to China and said that neither anyone has entered our border, nor is anyone intruding. This statement was made only four days after the Galwan clash in which 20 of our brave soldiers made the supreme sacrifice. his/her statement was not only a gross insult to our martyred soldiers but also legitimized China’s aggression. Due to this, there was a hindrance in the resolution of the standoff on LAC. The Modi government’s approach to the entire crisis can be described as DDLJ. Deny, Distract, Lie and Justify.

Along with this, Congress also asked some questions to PM Modi. he/she said that now that this agreement has been signed with China, the government should take the people of India into confidence and answer these questions.

  • Will Indian troops be able to patrol from our claim line at Depsang to the five patrolling points beyond the Bottleneck Junction as they were able to do earlier?
  • Will our soldiers be able to reach the three patrolling points in Demchok which have been out of our range for more than four years?
  • Will our troops be limited to Finger 3 in Pangong Tso whereas earlier they could go up to Finger 8?
  • Are our patrolling teams allowed to go to the three patrolling points in the Gogra Hot Springs area where they could go earlier?
  • Will Indian pastoralists once again be given access to traditional pastures at Helmet Top, Mukpa Re, Rejang La, Rinchen La Table Top and Grung Hill in Chushul?
  • Are the buffer zones that our government handed over to the Chinese, including the memorial site at Rezang La to war hero and posthumous Param Vir Chakra winner Major Shaitan Singh, now a thing of the past?
