Manoj Bajpayee’s blunt statement on the issue of increasing fees of stars – first fed them rasgulla, now they are crying

For the last few days, there has been a discussion in the film industry on the increased fees of stars. Films are not doing well at the box office, but the expenses of stars and their team are increasing, due to which filmmakers are worried. From Farah Khan to Karan Johar, everyone has expressed concern about this. Now actor Manoj Bajpayee’s statement has come out. he/she says that the same producers who used to pamper them earlier are now complaining about the increased fees of stars. Manoj Bajpayee is surprised that the producers who used to pamper stars for their own benefit, used to carry them around on their shoulders, are now demanding a reduction in their fees and complaining about the increased expenses.

Producers have a problem with stars increasing their fees, this is what Manoj Bajpayee said

In an interview with our colleague ‘ETimes’, when Manoj Bajpayee was asked about the increased fees of stars and the complaints of filmmakers, he/she said, ‘But who is paying them? Who has been paying them till now? This matter is related only to big stars and not to actors like me. Stars are the face of the film. Everyone who signs a star, carries him/her on their shoulders. If a star is demanding some facilities, I don’t think there is anything wrong in it, unless it is crazy.’

‘First you fed me rasgulla, now you are crying’

Manoj Bajpayee further said, ‘This debate is completely contradictory. The producers who used to carry stars on their shoulders earlier are now talking about reducing fees. This is the same as first you gave me rasgullas and protein shakes because you thought I could win the marathon, and then you are crying that I drank too many rasgullas and protein shakes. No one has ever given me so much money. We keep our staff limited, and sometimes even sacrifice basic facilities. But still no one casts me. You will cast a star only because he/she can guarantee that the film will earn big money at the box office. After all, everyone is gambling.’
