Manipur is neither united, nor safe… Congress President Kharge’s sharp attack on PM Modi

New Delhi : Congress has once again targeted PM Modi regarding the violence taking place in Manipur. Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge said that while referring to the violence in Manipur, he/she attacked PM Modi’s slogan of ‘If we are together, we are safe’. Along with this, Kharge also criticized the double engine government of BJP. he/she blamed BJP for deliberately plunging Manipur into violence.

If there is one, then it is safe, but the taunt of Kharga

Kharge wrote in a tweet, ‘Under your double engine governments, neither Manipur is one, nor Manipur is safe. Kharge wrote that since May 2023, it has been going through unimaginable pain, division and simmering violence, which has destroyed the future of its people. he/she said that we are saying this with full responsibility that it seems that BJP deliberately wants to burn Manipur, because it fulfills its disgusting divisive politics.

17 people died, people will not forgive

Kharge wrote, at least 17 people have lost their lives since November 7. New districts are being added to the list of conflict-hit areas and fires are spreading to the bordering northeastern states. The Congress President said that you have disappointed Manipur, a beautiful border state.

Kharge said that even if you visit Manipur in future, the people of the state will never forgive or forget that you left them to their own devices and never stepped into their state to alleviate their sufferings and find solutions.
