Lemon contains vitamin C and antioxidants, which help in cleaning the liver. Squeeze half a lemon in a glass of lukewarm water, add some honey and drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. This will speed up your metabolism. This will improve the skin. The pH level of your body will remain balanced and digestion will also be beneficial.
