  • some jaggery or sugar

Mix all the four ingredients and grind them coarsely. Take one teaspoon of this powder with half to one cup of lukewarm milk in the morning and evening. Do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours after this. Follow this formula continuously for 30 to 40 days.
