‘Lucky Bashkhar’ OTT release: Unhappy with job, banker ruined in money laundering, watch Dulquer Salmaan’s film


Famous South actors Dulquer Salmaan and Meenakshi Chaudhary’s film ‘Lucky Bashkhar’ was released on the big screen on October 31 on the occasion of Diwali. Despite many big releases, the film is performing well in theatres. Amidst the positive reaction received about this film, there is speculation on social media that ‘Lucky Bhaskar’ will soon make its digital debut. If the speculations are to be believed, ‘Lucky Bhaskar’ will be released a few days after its theatrical release. Will stream only on Netflix. The film will reportedly hit the OTT platform on November 30. However, the makers of the Dulquer Salmaan starrer film have not yet confirmed these reports. Directed by Venky Atluri, ‘Lucky Baskhar’ is Dulquer Salmaan’s third Telugu film after ‘Mahanati’ and ‘Seetha Ramam’.

Story of ‘Lucky Bashkar’

Set in the 80s, the film is based on the life of a middle class banker who is frustrated with his/her job as he/she struggles to make ends meet. Despite all his/her hard work, he/she is ignored and not even given a promotion. One day, he/she decides to take matters into his/her own hands and starts money laundering to make a quick buck. However, he/she becomes embroiled in conflicts that turn his/her life upside down.

Earnings of ‘Lucky Bashkar’

After earning Rs 11 crore on its opening day, ‘Lucky Bashkhar’ collected Rs 12 crore on its second day. The film registered a boom in its third day and earned a grand total of Rs 13 crore at the worldwide box office. The total collection of the film has now reached Rs 36 crore globally. ‘Lucky Bashkhar’ is expected to create a stir at the cash registers before the end of its first week on Sunday, with a collection expected to be in the range of Rs 47 crore to Rs 51 crore.

They clashed at the box office

Meanwhile, the film clashed at the box office with the release of several films including Jayam Ravi starrer ‘Brother’, Sivakarthikeyan’s ‘Amaran’, Kiran’s ‘KA’ and Kavin starrer ‘Bloody Beggar’.
