New Delhi: Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi are holding a press conference regarding the scuffle between BJP and Congress MPs at the Makar Gate of Parliament. Congress made serious allegations against BJP.

Kharge accused BJP MPs

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge said, we were protesting daily in Parliament on the Adani issue for 14 days. But there was never any violence. But during the discussion on the Constitution, Amit Shah made objectionable remarks on Baba Saheb Ambedkar. he/she did not accept his/her mistake. We demanded that the Prime Minister dismiss him/her, but it did not happen. That’s why we raised this issue among the public. Today, protests are taking place across the country regarding this matter.

Kharge said, today we were marching from the statue of Baba Saheb Ambedkar and coming towards Makar Dwar. These people surrounded Makar Dwar to stop us. Our MPs were stopped. We were attacked. These people pushed me, I fell down. Even after this, these people are blaming us for pushing them. But we are not afraid of them. We will intensify our campaign on this matter. We will conduct a nationwide movement.

There was a scuffle in the Parliament House premises
Let us tell you that when Congress and opposition parties demonstrated in the Parliament complex against Home Minister Amit Shah for his/her remarks on Babasaheb Ambedkar, BJP members protested by accusing the main opposition party of insulting the creator of the Constitution. There was also a scuffle between the members of the ruling party and the opposition. BJP alleged that Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi pushed and shoved its MP Pratap Sarangi on his/her head. On the other hand, Rahul Gandhi claimed that BJP MPs stopped him/her from entering the Parliament House and pushed him/her.

BJP MP Nishikant Dubey alleged, ‘Rahul Gandhi had entered the middle to fight. As if his/her behavior was that of a hooligan, this country will not tolerate hooligans. he/she pushed one of our elderly MPs and made him/her fall. Rahul Gandhi said, ‘I was trying to go inside. BJP MPs were trying to stop me, threatening me.
