Legal notice to Singer Abhijeet Bhattacharya – If you don’t apologize, a case will be filed, know what is the matter

Singer Abhijeet Bhattacharya is in trouble due to his/her loudness. Recently in an interview he/she called Mahatma Gandhi the ‘Father of the Nation of Pakistan’. Due to this he/she has received a legal notice. Abhijeet had said that Mahatma Gandhi was not from India but from Pakistan. This notice has been sent to the singer by a lawyer from Pune. Know the whole matter here: Abhijeet Bhattacharya had recently said in Subhankar Mishra’s podcast, ‘Music composer RD Burman was greater than Mahatma Gandhi. Just as Mahatma Gandhi was the Father of the Nation, similarly RD Burman was the Father of the Nation in the world of music.

Abhijeet had said- Mahatma Gandhi was the father of the nation of Pakistan, not India.

he/she had further said, ‘Mahatma Gandhi was the father of the nation of Pakistan, not India. India was already India, but Pakistan was created. Mahatma Gandhi was mistakenly described as the Father of the Nation here (India). he/she was the one who gave birth. Father was that, grandfather was that, maternal grandfather was that…everything was the same.

Pune lawyer sent notice, apologize otherwise criminal case will be filed

According to the report of ‘India Today’, there was a dispute over this and Pune lawyer Aseem Sarode sent a legal notice to Abhijeet Bhattacharya and demanded an apology. Aseem Sarode has said that Abhijeet Bhattacharya should give a written apology for his/her statement. If this is not done then criminal case will be initiated against them.

‘Abhijeet Bhattacharya crossed all limits’

It has also been said in the notice sent that singer Abhijeet Bhattacharya has crossed all his/her limits. It is written, ‘Gandhiji worked tirelessly to promote the ideals of Hindu-Muslim unity and brotherhood. When the political situation during the independence movement was on the verge of dividing India into two nations, Mahatma Gandhi had said that I will die but will not accept partition. As long as I am alive, I will never agree to the partition of India.
