Anu’s early life
Anu was born in a simple family in Haryana and did her early education here. After this Anu graduated from Hindu College Delhi and MBA from a college in Nagpur. After this, Anu got a job in campus placement and she started working in a bank. After marriage, Anu came to Gurgaon and was running here by maintaining a balance between family, job and child. Only then his brother and maternal uncle inspired him to take the UPSC exam.
took the child away from himself
Anu kept her two-and-a-half-year-old child Vian away from her and stayed at her aunt’s house to prepare for the exam. Earlier she stayed at her mother’s house but due to not being able to manage studies with the child, she decided to take the child away from herself. For two years his son stayed away from him and Anu kept on working hard.
succeeded in the second attempt
Anu not only cleared the UPSC CSE exam in the second attempt in the year 2017 but also topped with second rank. She worked hard day and night and kept avoiding meeting her son because a meeting would destabilize both of them. There the child did not want to go away from the mother and here the mother used to get so emotionally shaken by meeting the child that she could not study for many days.
such a dream come true
Left a good paying job, went away from in-laws, away from husband and also away from child. Along with studies, Anu struggled a lot on the emotional level to pass this exam. His hard work finally paid off. The austerity of Annu was such that she returned to her son only after giving pre, mains and even interviews.
