This releases endorphins which helps in improving the mood. Less use of laptop, computer and mobile also reduces excessive brain stimulation and eye fatigue.

Dhingra said that if you want to motivate your children to play outside, then you can make a play area outside your house with jump rope, ball etc. Apart from this, family trips to some natural places can also keep children connected with nature. Could be a good option.
