Tisha Kumar, cousin of T-Series head Bhushan Kumar and daughter of Krishan Kumar, died in Germany on July 18 due to cancer. She was just 20 years old. Her parents Krishan Kumar and Tanya Singh were staying with her in Germany, where she had stayed for her treatment. However, Tisha’s funeral was scheduled to take place on Sunday, at 5 pm at the Vile Parle crematorium but it could not be done as the flight carrying her body from Germany could not land in Mumbai due to heavy rains in the city since morning. Earlier, a report by ‘Zoom’ said that the flight has reached Delhi. It has now been diverted to Ahmedabad. It will land in Mumbai the next day after ATC approval. Many people had already started leaving their homes for the funeral and now they have returned.

Zoom reports that Tisha’s parents have decided that the funeral will now be held on Monday at 10 am. Meanwhile, the prayer meeting organised at Hotel Sahara Star (Andheri East) tomorrow from 4 pm to 5 pm is going on as per its schedule. Many people from Bollywood are expected to attend it.

Tisha was born on 6 September 2003 to Krishna Kumar and Tanya Singh, daughter of musician Ajit Singh and sister of actress Natasha Singh. Many reports have claimed that Tisha had cancer. However, there has been no official confirmation yet. Tisha was a private girl who was usually rarely seen. However, she was last seen in November 2023, when she attended the premiere of Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna’s film ‘Animal’.
