Know what RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat said that is being praised

New Delhi : Former Chief Election Commissioner S.Y. A civil society group of eminent Muslims, including Qureshi, on Saturday lauded Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat’s remarks advocating an inclusive society. he/she also expressed hope that it would be a guide for those ‘who are attacking the basic fabric of the country.’

Concern about temple-mosque disputes

Bhagwat expressed concern over the recent resurgence of several temple-mosque disputes and said that after the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya, some people feel that they can become ‘leaders of Hindus’ by raising such issues. Bhagwat delivered a lecture on ‘India-Vishwaguru’ at the Sahajeevan Lecture Series on Thursday, in which he/she advocated an inclusive society and said there was a need to show the world that countries can live together in harmony.

Muslim civil group praised

In a letter to Bhagwat, civil society group ‘Citizens for Fraternity’ said that we are extremely happy with your comments made in Pune. As Indian Muslims and Christians, we are deeply concerned by the recent statements made by a section of the society and the events that have taken place in recent times, which have led to serious communal tension.

Sangh chief’s statement considered important

“Therefore, the Sarsanghchalak’s statement is very important and is of great importance to the people in India and across the world,” said the letter signed by Qureshi, former Lieutenant Governor of Delhi Najeeb Jung, former Aligarh Muslim University Vice-Chancellor Zameeruddin Shah, former MP Shahid Siddiqui and industrialist Saeed Sherwani.
