The Assi Ghat is located 3 km from Vishwanath Temple and 2 km from Banaras Hindu University (BHU). It can be easily accessible by road, which is connected to all railway stations, airports and bus stands. You can go to eighty crossing with sharing auto-rickshaws, from there, Assi Ghat is only 5 minutes walking. In addition, you can enjoy a boat ride from any ghat or go on foot.
By air:
Fly to Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport.
From there, it will take about 45 minutes to reach Assi Ghat via taxi or ride-share.
By rail route:
Reach Varanasi Junction.
From there, it will take about 30 minutes to reach Assi Ghat with auto-rickshaws or cycle-rickshaws.
by the road:
Eighty ghats can be reached through a taxi, auto-rickshaw or cycle-rickshaw from any part of Varanasi. If you are coming from your private vehicle, you can park your car near Assi Ghat.
