Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao got married in the year 2005 and also became parents of son Azad, but they got divorced in the year 2021. Meanwhile, Aamir Khan talked about his/her relationship with Kiran Rao in an interview and revealed that after the divorce, Kiran Rao had given him/her a list in which he/she told how to become a good husband. Aamir Khan gave an interview to ‘The Hollywood Reporter’. Told that if Kiran Rao had ever asked him/her how to be a good wife, he/she too would have given him/her a long list.

Aamir again said on divorce, ‘It did not affect our relationship. We were moving apart as husband and wife, but not as human beings. Aamir and Kiran Rao first met on the sets of ‘Lagaan’, and got married after dating for a few years. Before Kiran, Aamir was married to Reena Dutta. Reena and Aamir had two children. Despite divorce, Aamir has a good bond with his/her first wife.
