Nag Ashwin’s directed film ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ was released on 27 June and it has collected around 466 crores in India in 10 days. No other film could stand in front of this storm. That is why Ajay Devgan extended the release date of ‘Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha’. But Karan Johar’s movie ‘Kill’ did not step back. As a result, it was crushed in front of Prabhas. How was the performance of both the films at the box office on 6 July. Let us tell you. Lakshya is out of breath in front of Prabhas

The action-thriller film ‘Kill’, which was released on 5th July, failed in front of Amitabh and Prabhas. On the first day, this film collected 1.25 crores. On the second day, Saturday, its figure reached only 1.90 crores. Its occupancy was recorded to be high in Bangalore and Chennai. Which was 33.25 percent and 73.67 percent respectively. After this, its occupancy was seen between 21% to 17% in Mumbai, Jaipur and NCR.

Kill faces problem due to not being pan India

Directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhatt and produced under the banner of Dharma Productions and Sikhya Entertainment, this film stars Lakshya Lalwani, Raghav Juyal and Ashish Vidyarthi. It has collected a net of Rs 3.15 crore in India. However, this is not a pan India movie. Due to which, there is a big difference in its earnings as compared to Kalki 2898 AD.

The earnings of both may be affected

Kalki 2898 AD has collected around 750 crores worldwide in 10 days. Meaning it has not been able to join the 1000 crore club yet. Not only this, it has also failed to collect 500 crores worldwide. And KILL has also not earned much. However, it is expected that both of these films may get audience on Sunday, 7th July. But this time will not last long. Because two big films are releasing on 12th July. One is Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2 and the other is Akshay Kumar’s Sarfira, due to which the audience will be divided and the earnings will also be affected.
