But he/she doesn’t look so smart and fit just like that. he/she has worked hard to get such a well-built body. Currently, he/she has built a ripped body for his/her upcoming film Chandu Champion. Many people believe that only going to the gym is necessary for muscle building. But this is not so.

I did not eat sweets for two years

Karthik told that he/she had completely stopped consuming sugar in the last one and a half years. he/she likes sweets very much after meals. In such a situation, it was quite challenging for him/her to remove it from his/her meal. he/she said – I cannot live without sweets, but after about 15 days I realized that I do not need to eat sweets after meals and sugar consumption is harmful for my health and fitness.
Over time, my mindset changed and I didn’t even look at sugar for a year and a half. Believe me, the quality of sleep improved a lot during this time.

Kartik Aaryan is a vegetarian. For this kind of fitness, the body needs protein. Being a vegetarian, he/she had very few protein options. In such a situation, a special diet plan was made for him/her. While talking to Filmfare, he/she told that I often used to have soup for dinner.

Instead of rice, cauliflower rice was used for lunch. These rice are made by grinding cauliflower. These rice eliminate carbs by increasing the fiber content. Cauli rice is very beneficial for weight management. Karthik told that salad, beans, lentils and paneer are a part of his/her regular diet.
